There’s also the implementation aspect, which sees to it that what is planned is being executed, and the metrics aspect that measures your strategy’s success. Learn the basics of omnichannel marketing. Define digital objectives and KPIs, the type of digital consumer your brand attracts, and the appropriate digital platforms to get your message across.

This is an exclusive, in-house learning experience on Omnichannel Strategy. You can choose between a full or 8-hour-long session or a half-day or 4-hour-long session based on your team’s needs.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS PROGRAM

POCKET SESSION (4-HOUR-LONG SESSION)
